Uniden is paving the way in UHF radio communication with its new UH850S-L UHF CB mobile radio with Voice Enhancer and Smart Key. The UH850S-L UHF CB handheld radio is the ultimate compact UHF communications with 5 Watt power and deliver up to 17km# of range. This makes it the perfect unit for professionals who need a rugged and heavy duty radio suitable for various conditions. 

The latest innovation added to the Uniden UHF range, Master Scan® technology, is designed to ensure minimal disruptions for continuous communication and offers users to seamlessly communicate on a group of channels. If your current channel is interrupted by outsiders, all radios in your group will automatically jump to a new clear channel allowing uninterrupted communicate to continue.

The UH850S-L features a waterproof design to operate in the most intense environmental conditions, with 4 different audio level settings (normal, bass, midrange and high) to provide a natural voice enhancer for sharp clarity and performance. The benefit of the Smart Key allows you toggle between Voice Enhancer, Instant Channel or Call Tone Feature to tailor to your needs.

*Please note: CH 22 & 23 are used for telemetry and telecommand applications, voice communications are not permitted on these channels and transmission is inhibited. CH 61, 62 & 63 are for future use and are receive only channels.

^ Waterproof: Meets the world standard IPX7/JIS7 Waterproof level when radio is correctly and fully assembled. Being defined as having no ingress of water when immersed at 1 metre for 30 minutes. All accessories including the speaker microphone are not waterproof.
